3. User Responsibilities

3.2 Prohibited Activities

You may not use Zattle to:

• Engage in harassment, bullying, or hate speech
• Attempt to exploit, hack, or manipulate the bot
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent limits
• Share or distribute inappropriate content
• Violate any laws or regulations
• Spam or flood channels with bot commands

4. Privacy and Data

4.1 Data Collection

Zattle collects minimal data necessary for functionality, including:

• Discord user IDs and usernames
• Server IDs and basic server information
• Game statistics and virtual currency balances
• Command usage logs for improvement purposes

4.2 Data Usage

We use collected data to:

• Provide and improve our services
• Maintain user progress and statistics
• Prevent abuse and ensure fair play

4.3 Data Protection

5. Virtual Currency and Items

5.1 No Real Value

All virtual currency, items, and achievements within Zattle have no real-world monetary value and cannot be traded, sold, or exchanged outside of the platform.

5.2 Account Termination

Upon termination of your account or removal from a server, all virtual currency and items associated with your account may be permanently lost.

5.3 No Refunds

Virtual currency and items are provided as-is, and we do not offer refunds or compensation for lost virtual assets.

6. Service Availability

While we strive to maintain high uptime, we do not guarantee that Zattle will be available 24/7. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience technical difficulties that temporarily affect service availability.

7. Intellectual Property

Zattle and all related content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Zattle. Our total liability shall not exceed $100 USD.

9. Termination

9.1 Termination by You

You may stop using Zattle at any time by removing the bot from your server or ceasing to interact with it.

9.2 Termination by Us

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to Zattle at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through our Discord server or website. Continued use of Zattle after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which our company is established, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

13. Age Requirements

Zattle is intended for users who meet Discord's minimum age requirements (13+ in most jurisdictions, 16+ in the EU). Users under 18 should have parental consent before using our services.
