FAQ
Questions, answered
Is Zattle really free?
Yes. Every system except Custom Branding works on Free. Pro raises limits (more ticket categories, giveaways, custom commands and so on) and adds a few extras for servers that want them.
Slash commands or prefix commands?
Both. Every command is defined once and works as /command and as z!command. You can change the prefix per server, and mentioning the bot always works as a prefix.
What permissions does Zattle need?
Only the ones its features use — for example Ban Members for bans and Manage Roles for auto roles. It does not ask for Administrator. You can remove permissions for systems you do not use.
How do I get Pro?
Join a tier on Patreon, run /premium link in Discord to connect your Patreon account, then /premium activate in the server you want to upgrade. Pro covers 1 server; Pro+ covers 3.
What data do you keep?
Only what the features need: your server settings, moderation cases, tickets and giveaways. We do not store your messages. The Privacy Policy lists everything, and you can ask us to delete it.
