Terms of Service

The service

Zattle is a Discord bot with moderation, AutoMod, tickets, giveaways, logs and other community tools, plus a web dashboard to configure them. The core of Zattle is free. Zattle Pro, available through Patreon, unlocks higher limits and extra features.

Who can use Zattle

You must follow Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines, including Discord's minimum age. If you add Zattle to a server, you confirm you are allowed to manage that server.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Zattle to:

• break the law, or Discord's terms, or help anyone else do so;
• harass, threaten, spam or harm people, or collect their data without permission;
• attack, overload, reverse engineer or find ways around Zattle's limits and security, or abuse bugs instead of reporting them;
• impersonate Zattle, its team or anyone else, for example with Custom Branding.

Server staff are responsible for how they configure Zattle in their server — for example the messages, custom commands and moderation actions they set up.

Zattle Pro

• Pro is offered through Patreon tiers. Each tier lets you activate Pro on a set number of servers. Payments, refunds and cancellations are handled by Patreon under Patreon's terms.
• Pro stays active while your Patreon membership is active. If a payment is declined, Pro continues for a short grace period and then ends. Ending Pro never deletes your settings; items above the Free limits become read-only until you upgrade again or remove them.
• Patreon memberships support Zattle's development and hosting. Features and limits may change over time; we aim to give notice before removing anything Pro members rely on.

Availability and changes

We work hard to keep Zattle online and working, but it is provided “as is” and “as available”, without guarantees. Features may change, be paused or be removed, and Zattle may be unavailable at times (for example during maintenance or Discord outages).

Suspension and ending

You can stop using Zattle at any time by removing it from your server, and you can ask us to delete your data (see the Privacy Policy). We may restrict or end access for users or servers that break these terms or put Zattle or others at risk.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Zattle and its team are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data, members or revenue, arising from your use of Zattle — including actions Zattle takes because of how it was configured (for example an AutoMod punishment). Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under laws that can't be excluded.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what we store and how to have it deleted.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top, and announce significant changes in our support server. Using Zattle after a change means you accept the new terms.
